Ahh military life, it's great! --Sometimes--
I learned the other day that my soldier just found out about a job opportunity, in Florida. As of right now he doesn't know exactly for sure where it is at or when it will happen. But I do know that it will be near by my grandmother and brother. They will only be about 5 hours away, from Jacksonville. (It's where we think we are being transferred to).
We wanted to move away from family, just to be away and be on our own. For me, I have been here for 12 years and been away from my whole family (well, except for my mom) for that long. My husband on the other hand has been with his family his whole life. Been around his mom his dad his brothers. I just don't feel that it is fair to me anymore. Yes, if we move to FL my grams and brother will be there, but 5 hours away.
I am excited that we will be getting out of here --temporarily-- then we just may move up north to the east coast. No more tornado warnings everytime there is a severe thunderstorm. No more tornadoes in WINTER! (if we move to the North East ::crossing fingers::)
Anyways, just wish us luck. We should be there for about a year or so. That will let experience a life outside of Arkansas! Sweet!! :)
